The Interview
Question 1 - What is your role at Woobies?
EJ - "I am Head Of Partnerships. I manage and handle our team members in order to maintain the smooth operation of Woobies."
Question 2 - Where are you from and what school did you attend?
EJ - "I am from Rayville Louisiana and went and graduated from Rayville High school. I then went to Southeast Missouri State and after graduating from there, I was blessed with the opportunity to play in the NFL."
Question 3 - What team or teams did you play for while in the NFL?
EJ - "I played in the NFL for 7 years, 5 years with the Baltimore Ravens, 1 year with the Kansas City Chiefs, and 1 year with the Dallas Cowboys."
Question 4 - What is your priority here at Woobies?
EJ - "I have many tasks that are on the top of my priority list, but something I hold highly is the Woobies Mission statement. Here at Woobies, we are dedicated to providing the customer with a premier American-made shoe. The Customer has a choice, and we must be the better choice that they seek. We must excel and offer an experience that has a positive impact on everyone’s life. It’s not all about the shoes, the shoes are a small part of what we do. We really care about building relationships, we care about having a big impact on your lives, especially the veteran community."
Question 5 - Is there anything else you would like to say to our veteran community and our customers?
EJ - "Yea, I have something I want to leave them with.
You have an impact as well. A lot of times in life we wonder and walk around thinking we don’t have an impact, but you have an impact, you have value, and you are someone. Pick your chin up, tilt your shoulders back, and realize you have a huge impact on someone’s life. That person may not let you know that but I’m telling you, you have an impact."
